Sikri Admitted To Listing On Oslo Børs

Sikri is the third IT company to be listed at Oslo Børs this July. “As a stock exchange listed company, our ability to access capital and to carry out M&A will be significantly greater. We chose to list in order to grow more quickly both organically and inorganically”, comments Nicolay Moulin, the CEO of Sikri.

Sikri delivers digital solutions to the public sector in the Nordic region. The software company is now looking to grow, and has raised NOK 150 million through a share issue in connection with its admission to listing.

The coronavirus situation has greatly accelerated digitalisation in Norway, and Nicolay Moulin is of the view that there is a significant need for fully digital and intelligent case management and archiving solutions. “Sikri is a company that seeks to be the best at understanding the public sector’s needs and working innovatively with it in order to develop smarter and better services. These services will help modernise and digitalise the public sector”, he comments.

IT is one of the fastest-growing sectors at Oslo Børs. Strong share price rises and a stream of new companies have significantly boosted the combined market capitalisation of all the IT companies listed and traded at Oslo Børs. So far this year, four new IT companies have been listed. Three of them have been admitted to listing this July.
