According to the Measures for Designated Delivery Warehouses Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the Provisions of Dalian Commodity Exchange on Qualification, Supervision and Management of Designated Delivery Warehouses and other relevant provisions, it is deceided upon discussion to:

1. Approve Sinosteel Resources Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Yongan Capital Management Co., Ltd. to terminate designated factory warehouse qualification for iron ore futures.

2. Suspend Dalian Port Bulk Cargo Logistics Center Co., Ltd. and Cargill Metals Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. designated warehouse related business for iron ore futures.

3. Approve Zhejiang Metals and Materials Co., Ltd. to adjust its  designated factory warehouse delivery location for iron ore futures to Rizhao Port Co., Ltd..

4. The original "China Minmetals Group (Tangshan Caofeidian) Ore Holdings Co., Ltd." has been renamed as "Minmetals (Tangshan Caofeidian) Ore Holdings Co., Ltd." All rights and obligations of the original China Minmetals Group (Tangshan Caofeidian) Ore Holdings Co., Ltd. as a designated factory warehouse for iron ore futures of the Exchange shall be assumed by Minmetals (Tangshan Caofeidian) Ore Holdings Co., Ltd.

The above will come into effect from this date.
