Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Heath P. Tarbert today announced the CFTC will hold an open meeting on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at its headquarters in Washington, D.C. A morning session will convene from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (EST) to consider the following:

• Proposed Rule: Position Limits for Derivatives 

The meeting will resume for an afternoon session from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (EST) to consider the following:

• Proposed Rule: Amendments to Codify No-Action Relief in Swap Execution Facility and Real-Time Reporting Requirements

The meeting is open to the public with seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
