On 14 July 2021, BaFin imposed administrative fines totalling 235,000 euros on Capfi Delen Asset Management NV.
The sanction related to breaches of section 33 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG). Capfi Delen Asset Management NV failed to submit voting rights notifications within the prescribed period.
The company may lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
