ASX refers to its update on this litigation released to the market on 21 August 2020.  

On 1 September 2020, iSignthis Limited (ISX) filed documents with the court increasing its claim for damages.

As stated in our earlier announcement, ASX’s current assessment is that this matter is not material. That assessment reflects ASX’s view of the merits of this claim. That remains our assessment notwithstanding any change to the amount claimed by ISX.
