Upon discussion and approval at the 54th meeting of the 4th Board of Governors of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the amendments to the Measures for Clearing Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange and the Measures against Rule Violations of Dalian Commodity Exchange are hereby promulgated and shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
