Warsaw Stock Exchange: Wojciech Nagel Elected Chairman Of The Exchange Supervisory Board

  • On 26th of June 2017, the Exchange Supervisory Board has elected Mr Wojciech Nagel as Chairman of the Exchange Supervisory Board
  • Mr Jakub Modrzejewski has been elected Deputy Chairman of the Exchange Supervisory Board
  • Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk has been appointed Secretary to the Exchange Supervisory Board


Furthermore, the Exchange Supervisory Board has appointed Committees comprised of the following members:

  1. AUDIT COMMITTEE: Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk – Chairman, Mr Bogusław Bartczak, Mr Filip Paszke, Mr Piotr Prażmo.
  2. REMUNERATION AND NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE: Mr Wojciech Nagel - Chairman, Mr Jakub Modrzejewski, Mr Piotr Prażmo.
  3. STRATEGY COMMITTEE: Mr Bogusław Bartczak - Chairman, Mr Wojciech Nagel, Mr Filip Paszke.
  4. REGULATION AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE: Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk - Chairman, Mr Jakub Modrzejewski, Mr Filip Paszke.
