The NZX board advises that Lindsay Wright has been appointed as lead independent director.

NZX Chair James Miller commented: “Lindsay’s appointment reflects recommendations from proxy advisors and will further enhance NZX’s corporate governance standards. The appointment is effective immediately and reflects Lindsay’s strong performance on the board and her contribution to the broader organisation.”
