Mondo Visione And Iran Financial Centre Sign Memorandum Of Understanding

Mondo Visione will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Iran Financial Centre (IFC) at the Mondo Visione Exchange Forum today. The MOU aims to establish collaborative research, data and information initiatives and projects.

The MOU will be signed by Amir Hamooni, Chief Executive of Iran Fara Bourse and IFC board member and Herbie Skeete, Managing Director, Mondo Visione.

Herbie Skeete, Managing Director Mondo Visione, said “This MOU provides a forum for cooperation between Mondo Visione and the IFC which enables us to share our respective knowledge and expertise.”

The shareholders of the IFC are the Tehran Stock Exchange, Iran Mercantile Exchange, Iran Fara Bourse, Central Securities Depository of Iran and the Energy Exchange Company.

Ali Naghavi, Chief Executive IFC said Mondo Visione is the world’s leading independent exchanges and trading consultancy and is the right fit to support the IFC as we develop the Iranian capital markets to be efficient, innovative and internationally competitive.

“This agreement will benefit exchanges and market participants in Iran. By working together with Mondo Visione we’ll be able to develop new relationships and opportunities in markets such as Europe and the UK which enables us to create a faster strategic growth path,” he said.

The IFC, established in 2007, is an influential voice of the Iranian capital markets through the education, research and development of capital market participants.

The IFC designs and facilities training programmes for regulators, company directors and market professionals as well as conducts educational seminars and workshops. The IFC’s objective is to raise professional standards and enhance the skills of capital market participants.
